Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – TribOz is the first performance address in Lapa (Rio’s traditional bohemian district) dedicated to jazz and bossa-nova. Their aim is to provide you with the latest in contemporary music and art. Brazilian and international musicians, singers, composers and artists meet and perform at TribOz, the official location of the Brazilian-Australian Cultural Center. Besides this new standard of multi-art innovation, you will also find comfort and quality and service ‘with a smile’. TribOz has been referred to by clients as ‘off-Lapa’ for it’s unique jazz and bossa alternative to the samba and chorinho that have dominated Lapa.
Tonight, New Yorker Scott Feiner and his project Pandeiro Jazz will perform their unique sound, accompanied by Rafael Vernet and Guilherme Monteiro.

Scott Feiner is a native New Yorker based in Rio for over a decade and known for his unique project Pandeiro Jazz. Scott will be joined by pianist Rafael Vernet and guitarist Guilherme Monteiro who is based in New York City.
