The very popular DOOM party returns to Aproador’s CAVE tonight for its 13th edition and its first edition of the summer season. During the night, DJs Bertoletti, Bevilaqua, Donnie Jay, and Typá will spin the best of trap, two-step, futurebeats, hip-hop and more.

Keep On Rockin (Botafogo)
Tonight Casa da Matriz in Botafogo will host the Keep on Rockin party. On the first floor VJ C.Lobo will provide visuals while DJs Thiago Burgos, Vitor Dill, and Jeff spin the best of rock, alternative and pop. DJs Grazzia and Matheus Marins will spin the classics on the second floor. The first fifty attendees to the party will get one free caipirinha and there will also be free welcome jello shots for all throughout the night.

At 9:30 PM, singer Julieta Brandão will get things started at RioScenarium with the best of modern and classic samba. Then, singer-songwriter Luiza Dionizio returns to Carioca da Gema at 11:30 PM to perform her special brand of samba including her lively reinterpretations of the works of Luiz Carlos da Vila, Toninho Geraes, Clara Nunes, and João Nogueira, among others.

Tonight the group Scandallo returns with the best of MPB to start off the night at Rio Scenarium at 8PM. Composer and interpreter Ito Melodia will follow with sambas-enredo at 11PM. Then, beginning at 2:30 AM, the group Chamgo Nordestino will perform the best of forró until sunrise.

The Lapafest party returns to the Leviano bar in Lapa tonight with singer Gabby Moura starting things off with samba and pagode. Singer Mar César will follow with the best of samba, MPB, soul, and samba-reggae. On the second floor, trio Johnny’s will perform the best of international rock and pop. Additionally during the night, DJs Márlio and Aílton Areas will spin between shows.
