Driver Dies When Shot by Stray Bullet in Rio de Janeiro

The woman was rushed to the hospital but did not survive her injuries.

The detective inspector in charge of Evaldo Rosa’s case said that “everything suggests” that the state police mistook the musician’s car for that of robbers.
