Brazil to invest in Artificial Intelligence development
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Federal Government, through the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovations, launched a public notice of R$80 million (US$16.7 million) to be applied in startups that have projects in the area of Artificial Intelligence, focused on agribusiness, health, industry, tourism 4.0, and smart cities.
The Ministry intends to make Brazil a protagonist in Artificial Intelligence globally, stimulating even more technological and human potential in the country, generating jobs, and valuing the brilliant Brazilian minds.
Besides this call, the Federal Government has other calls open, such as R$180 million for technology parks, R$50 million for innovation centers, and R$280 million for National Institutes of Science and Technology.
