Lagoa and Jardim Oceânico are among the neighborhoods with the most expensive square meters in the city (third and fifth positions, respectively).

They are concentrated in the South Zone. Ipanema leads the indicator (R$61.6/m² – US$11.74/m²), followed by Leblon (R$57.2/m²), Jardim Oceânico (R$49.2/m²), Flamengo (R$43.9/m²) and Lagoa (R$42.8/m²).
