HABI
Among the most outstanding promises is this company founded in 2019 by the Colombian Sebastián Noguera and the American Brynne McNulty Rojas.

This year it surprised with the news of having become the new Latin American unicorn, after having surpassed a valuation of US$1 billion, in addition to being recognized as the largest “ibuyer” platform for direct home purchase in both Colombia and Mexico.
Habi offers free real estate valuation, financial services and even the direct purchase of used housing, providing immediate execution, in most purchase and sale procedures, for its clients.
LA HAUS
The second proptech most likely to be a unicorn is La Haus, the real estate platform that is transforming the new home purchase industry in Latin America.
In this semester of the year, it has already managed to increase its sales by 618%, compared to the same period in 2021.
In addition, it is important to highlight their recent alliance with ‘Maluma’, with whom they launched the “Una Haus para Medallo City” initiative, a project that will build and deliver houses to homeless people in the capital of Antioquia.
BRIKSS
Brikss, which has a presence in Bogotá and Medellín, allows its users to take a virtual tour in 360 images of the properties of their interest.
According to Laura Camargo, CEO and co-founder of the company, they seek to solve the current needs of current buyers, that is, their lack of time, mobility difficulties and the need to be able to see different real estate alternatives more quickly.
The platform has materialized housing sales and rentals for more than COP$125 billion.
LQN
LQN (What I Need) was born in 2018 as a financial solution for the real estate sector.
The platform seeks to facilitate access to credit for people who are not suitable for financial institutions, such as informal workers, most of whom can be denied resources.
This is how this platform has managed to grow in the market and currently registers an average of 2,000 operations per month, a fact that generated a pre-Series A investment round for US$8 million.
LOKL
LOKL is a startup that began operations in 2021 within the sector, after announcing that in less than a year, under its collaborative investment model, it managed to raise more than COP$2 billion.
With this, it carried out his first real estate investment project: Indie Universe, a coliving for creatives located in the Laureles sector in Medellín.
The objective of this platform is to give the new generations the opportunity to invest with affordable amounts in innovative projects of coliving, coworking or eco-hotels, among others.
