RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Uruguayan tourism authorities have confirmed 143 arrivals in Montevideo and 40 in Punta del Este, thus shaping an optimal cruise season.
It results from the different meetings held by the Uruguayan delegation, headed by the Undersecretary of Tourism, Remo Monzeglio, with cruise industry representatives.
