VILLA PEHUENIA, NEUQUÉN

Villa Pehuenia is the perfect place for tourists who want to relax and connect with nature.
This place not only has mirrored lakes and cozy cabins, but also allows endless activities for all tastes: hiking, kayaking, or sports on the Batea Mahuida hill.
It is advisable to take a walk through the lakes and lagoons, where the union of the Aluminé and Moquehue lakes form a tourist walk called “Five Lagoons – Quechu Lafquen”.
LOS ANTIGUOS, SANTA CRUZ

Los Antiguos, located in Santa Cruz, is just a few steps from Chile. It is a small town that claims to be “the national cherry capital.” It can be reached from El Chaltén, a much more popular place for tourism. Los Antiguos is a green oasis in the middle of the desert, on the shores of Lake Buenos Aires and meters from the border with Chile. The town claims to be the national cherry capital but it remains a mystery to many. There you find the Cueva de las Manos.
LAGO DEL DESIERTO, SANTA CRUZ

The Lake of the Desert was one of the points object of a border conflict between Chile and Argentina in the last century. Its attraction is the various trails to walk. One takes you to the border milestone No. 62 (5 hours of trekking).
There is also a trail that takes you to the Huemul Lagoon, which is fed by the Glacier of the same name.
LAGO PUELO, CHUBUT

Lago Puelo is 20 minutes from El Bolsón and just over 2 hours from Bariloche and is part of the Lago Puelo National Park and Reserve. It remains a quiet place, focused on family activities and local entrepreneurship.
It is very common to find accommodation in cabins that are resident enterprises. The National Park has a lakefront beach. The proposal is to walk and, at the same time, spend the afternoons in front of the beach.
ESTEROS DEL IBERÁ, CORRIENTES

Los Esteros del Iberá is an ideal destination for those who want to connect with nature and rest for 3 or 4 days away from the city. Located in the province of Corrientes, with an area of 1,300,000 hectares, it has several access roads. The most recommended is from Colonia Carlos Pellegrini, since it is the most prepared area for tourism.
The Iberá Wetlands were in sixth position in the list of 52 places in the world to visit in 2022 prepared by The New York Times. It is a list that is drawn up every year and that serves as a guide for tourists.
TERMAS DEL RÍO JORDÁN, JUJUY

Natural wells up to two meters deep that, hidden in the yungas jungle, easily hypnotize whoever decides to discover them. In the town of San Francisco – less than 20 km south of Valle Grande – are the Del Jordán hot springs. The main distinctive is the color combination. Due to the large amount of sulfur and minerals in the waters (which reach 30° degrees), the pure greenish blue contrasts with the hues of the vegetation that surrounds it and creates an unbeatable space.
QUEBRADA DE LOS CÓNDORES, LA RIOJA

Between Olta and Tama, in the south of La Rioja, there is an invisible path that crosses the Sierra de los Quinteros until reaching the Posta de los Cóndores, an old place that formerly served as a lair for warlords. Today it is renovated and converted into a tourist complex.
An excursion starts from there: approximately four hours of trekking or horseback riding that take you into a mountain landscape dotted with giant “ball” stones, streams and wild vegetation, a product of the hostile climate during winter. The objective is to climb to “El Balcón”, which once there is on the edge of a precipice and facing the wonderful landscape of the Rioja plains to infinity.
