Brazil: Fasano Trancoso and Rosewood elected among the best hotels in the world

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Two Brazilian hotels were elected among the best in the world in Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot List 2022: the Fasano Trancoso in Bahia state, and the recently opened Rosewood, in São Paulo City, published this week in the traditional British publication.

In the end, the jury – formed by editors from the seven countries in which the magazine is offered – selected 96 hotels worldwide.

In the case of the Fasano Trancoso, the group’s latest hotel launch, the text highlights the architecture signed by Isay Weinfeld, as well as the gastronomy (which mixes Brazilian and Italian influences) with chef Zé Branco’s menu and the preservation of the natural scenery in Itapororoca beach, in the south of Bahia, considered the “most glamorous beach resort in Brazil” by the publication itself.

At the Rosewood, the decoration also received compliments for its authenticity – which, according to Condé Nast, reflects the São Paulo identity and still guarantees the trendy atmosphere. With works of art specifically commissioned for different environments, the guide highlighted even the pillowcases. The menu with French and Latin American references was also mentioned on the Hot List.
