The new Brazilian government wants to stop the privatization of Correios (public post), which started during the mandate of Jair Bolsonaro and was not completed, said yesterday the member of the transition team, Paulo Bernardo.
In a press conference, the also former Minister of Planning and Communications assured that one of the first actions of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's government would be to stop the privatization of Correios.
"Our idea is to recommend to stop, to put an end to this idea of privatizing Correios. I think we know what President (Lula da Silva) thinks about this . . .
