RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The purchase and sale of real estate in Brazil grew 36.2% between June 2020 and May 2021, compared to the same period last year. There were more than one million four hundred thousand formalized deeds. The data are from the Electronic Service Center of the CNB, Colégio Notarial do Brasil.
