Tuesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – To kick off the Carnival week right, get to the Mardi Gras party at the Gringo Cafe tonight, which starts at 7PM. Get your hands on a “Hurricane”, which generally consists of vodka, grenadine syrup gin, grapefruit, pineapple and more. Definitely a great way to start the party and hats-off to anyone who can get through three and still be standing.
The Gringo Cafe also has some special Southern fixens’ on the menu; Po’ Boy Sandwiches, Cajun Fried Shrimp, Southern Style Ribs, Fiery Chicken Wings
and Red Velvet Cake. Also getting dolled up in Mardi Gras costume is recommended, because after all – it is Carnival!
