Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Thursday night brings you the popular bash Hit Me at a Fosfobox in Copacabana. Previously held at Casa da Matriz, this infamous pop based bash has migrated to the underground after a number of successful editions. The main floor will feature all the hits of pop, featuring bands and artists from house, hip hop and rock, brought to you by DJs Polly, Grazzia and Ivy. Downstairs in the Fosfobar, DJ Caio Loki, DJ Lita and Toni Bigode will drop everything from the Jackson 5 to Jamairoquai and Outkast. With a somewhat of a cult following, the Hit Me parties are constantly full with a wide variety of patrons, both Brazilian and gringo, making the night a beautiful blend of ambiance and music. Don’t forget the double shot caipirinha specials throughout the night.

The popular night Hit Me has migrated to the underground of Copacabana as they take over Fosfobox. This pop infused festa plays a mixture of tunes from various genres and ages, as well as offering a slew of drink specials.
