Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Studio RJ in Arpoador offers a special show tonight, featuring Baia. This rock star has soared to popularity through his intuitive style and unique rock sound. Deriving his inspiration from Brazilian rock star and king Raul Seixas, Baia’s career began at Circo Voador over 20 years ago, after pleading to perform at a Bau do Raul, a concert homage to the great Raul Seixas. His performance blew the roof off the venue, catapulting him to successful career in rock.
Baia will be performing tonight at Studio RJ, considered one of the best new live venues in Rio, looking over Ipanema beach.

Baby do Brasil returns to the stage toe commemorate 60 years of music, returning to the times of Baby Consuelo. Joined by her son and singer, Pedro Baby, the show will journey through the biggest hits of her career, including “Menino do Rio”, “Tudo Azul”, “Cósmica”, “Todo Dia Era Dia de Índio”, and “Um Auê Com Você”.
