Audio Rebel Convida Curated by Chico Dub (Botafogo)
Tonight Audio Rebel in Botafogo will host the fifth of seven nights of the debut edition of Audio Rebel Convida. Curarted by cultural producer Chico Dub, the series features performances of contemporary music, free improvisation, sound installations, dance performances and a discussion with Brazilian and international artists. Tonight performance artist Marcia Nemer Jentzsch will present “Estudo de Paisagem” (Landscape Study) and Luisa Puterman will present “Sonorização” (Sound).

Pub Crawl Lapa Loca (Lapa)
Tonight it’s time again for the Pub Crawl Lapa Loca. The meeting point to begin the crawl is at Rua Mem de Sá, 55 from 10:30 PM to 11PM. There will then be an open bar from 11:10 PM to 12:10 AM at Bar da Cachaça. Then from 12:20 AM to 1AM there will be free entry at the next location and one free shot of tequila or caipirinha. The crawl will then arrive at 1:20 AM at its final stop at Bar da Boa for the Lapa Loca party. Entry to that party will be free and pub crawlers will receive one free caipirinha.

Paranoid Android St. Patrick’s Day (Botafogo)
Tonight Casa da Matriz will keep the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations going as it hosts a special edition of the Paranoid Android party. There will be welcome shots of “Whiskey in the Jar,” alcohol popsicles, and chocolates (golden coins) will be distributed throughout the night. DJs Buba Bgolls, and Dí Andrade will spin the best of indie rock, alternative rock, indie pop on the first floor and the best of pop and hits on the second floor during the night. Promotions will include two-for-one specials at the bar.

Festa Sex Tape St. Patrick’s Day(Centro)
Espaço Acústica is also going green as it hosts a special St. Patrick’s Day edition of the Festa Sex Tape tonight. Green Heineken beer will be distributed to the first one hundred to arrive and there will be a green beer battle during the night. Additionally, there will be a beerbong with Guinness and shots of Hidromel will be distributed throughout the night. DJs Grazzia and SaJoão will spin the best of pop, EDM, trap, hip hop, funk, hits and 90s on the first floor and DJs Arlei Hey Hey, Ivy and guest Calil BFR will spin the best of indie, rock, metal, pop rock, national hits and oldies on the terrace. It’s time again for Lapafest at Leviano bar tonight. Singer Lucas de Moraes will start off the night by performing his reinterpretations of works by Zeca Pagodinho, Jorge Aragão, and Clara Nunes, among others. The bloco Picada de Primeira will then perform the best of samba, MPB, soul, and samba reggae. On the second floor during the night, the power trio Johnny’s will perform the best of international pop rock.
