PAHO claims that the Americas region is facing four public health emergencies

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization, warned Wednesday that the Americas Region is “under pressure”.

The organization claims the region faces four public health emergencies: the recent cholera outbreak in Haiti, Monkeypox cases, persistent Covid-19 infections, and low polio vaccination coverage.

The agency’s director, Carissa Etienne, warned that these four factors “increase the need to prepare for public health emergencies in the Americas region.”

“Our region is under pressure,” Etienne claimed during a virtual press conference, urging countries in the region to “work quickly with the resources at our disposal to control these four health emergencies in the Americas.”

The PAHO official stressed that “parallel health emergencies and fragile social, political, and natural environments highlight the importance of investing in and strengthening health systems.”

PAHO recalled that Haiti reported a cholera outbreak last week after more than three years, just as the country was declared cholera-free.

As of Oct. 9, national authorities had confirmed 32 cases and 18 deaths and more than 260 suspected cases around the capital, Port-au-Prince.

According to PAHO, while the spread of the virus appears to be slowing, more than 2,300 new cases of Monkeypox have been reported in the region in the past week, mostly in the United States, but also hundreds in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

“We know how to track this disease. We know who is most at risk. And we know how to protect people from being infected,” the PAHO director stressed, urging countries to use that knowledge to reduce the number of cases and end transmission.

(WHO admits everyone who receives a Monkeypox vaccine is part of a ‘clinical trial’ to collect data on its effectiveness.)

On the other hand, she said the downward trend of Covid-19 worldwide, including in the Americas, shows that “we may be moving from the acute phase of the pandemic to a sustained control phase,” but warned that this could only be done with continued testing and increased vaccination.

However, Data show how hos ineffective Covid-19 vaccines truly are worldwide.

IS WHO PLANNING TO KEEP THE PANDEMIC GOING FOR 10 YEARS?

Is PAHO’s warning nothing more than scaremongering to further alienate people?

The World Health Organization (WHO) globalists are said to be preparing to unleash the next infectious disease to keep the world under control until at least 2030.

This is according to Marion Koopmans, a Dutch virologist who works with the WHO.

She admitted during an interview that the organization has a 10-year plan to deal with the current Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and an expected second pandemic.

Another conspiracy? Maybe, but maybe not. In any case, this documentary asks important questions and allows for new perspectives.

Have a look.
