Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Friday night is a special night for music as Clubbing Deluxe makes their debut at the beautiful Museu de Arte Moderna, or MAM. Rising off the success of last year, the new and improved party is bringing a much bigger and explosive night with an array of local and international DJs, performers, art exhibitions, intense and cutting edge video mapping and video documentation by Veja 360.
The lineup includes American DJ and producer Brett Johnson, who is known worldwide for his techy and funky productions on such labels as Classic Music Company, Magnetic, Freerange and many more. His popular “Temptations and Lies” with Dave Barker is a loved tune here in Rio, expect to hear the crowd singing. He will be joined by Eddie Leader, head of Hudd Taxx and one third of Slum Science, from Huddserfield England. Support from local favorites Nepal, Andre Araujo, Lennox and residents Mike Frugaletti and Vivi Seixas.

Tulipa Ruiz is a singer, songwriter and illustrator from São Paulo. Her creativity led her from art to music, where she has accomplished alot, having already played with DonaZica, Trash Pour 4, Júnio Barreto, Ortinho, Projeto Cru, Na Roda and more.

Clubbing Deluxe (Centro)
Clubbing Deluxe premiers tonight at the infamous Museu de Art Moderna, with special guest DJs and producers Brett Johnson and Eddie Leader. The night will also be supported from local favorites DJ Nepal, Andre Aruajo, Lennox and Clubbing residents Mike Frugaletti and Vivi Seixas. From music to art exposition, live performers, video mapping and a decor built to impress, the night should be nothing less than a hit.

Nuth (Barra da Tijuca)

Moyseis Marques (Lapa)
Singer and songwriter Moyseis Marques returns to Carioca da Gema to perform his special brand of samba with hits like “Pretinha Jóia Rara”, which was featured on the soap opera “Caminho das Índias”, from Rede Globo.
