Presidents of Bolivia and Nicaragua land in Cuba for ALBA-TCP Summit

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Bolivian leader arrived late Monday night and in a brief speech stressed that Cuba has taught that solidarity "is not to give what is left over, but rather to share the little that one has."

"Today, the Cuban people need us and here we are with 15 tons of food and 5 tons of medicines in a second delivery of humanitarian aid to our sister nation," Arce tweeted.

"Faced with the tightening of the criminal blockade imposed by the United States on our sister Republic of Cuba, Bolivia's response will always be more solidarity . . .
