RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Ministry of Health's Special Secretary for the Fight against Covid-19 Rosana Leite de Melo argued through a technical note sent to the Federal Supreme Court that the Covid-19 vaccine for children "is safe," contrary to President Jair Bolsonaro's position.
Rosana Leite is a member of the Ministry of Health, headed by Marcelo Queiroga, who has also positioned himself against the vaccination of children.
