Airbnb Loves in Brazil: which accommodations are the most desired by state

Whether for the need to travel for work or the desire to book a house to spend that dream vacation, marking an address as a favorite on the Airbnb property rental platform is common practice among Brazilians.
Based on the choices made by users, the site has prepared a list of the most desired places by state between January and December 2022.
In the North region, for example, six capitals appear – the exception being Pará, where a “tree house” in the middle of the Amazon forest won the preference.
In the Northeast, beaches in tourist cities like São Miguel do Gostoso (RN), Porto de Galinhas (PE), and Barra Grande (PI) predominate, with a rustic-style chalet in the shade of two huge cashew trees.
Other choices include a “micro boat house” in Brasília (DF), a cabin in the rural area of São José dos Pinhais (PR), and a farm with waterfalls in Paraty (RJ).

SOUTHEAST REGION
Rio de Janeiro
