A yacht valued at around R$200 million (US$40 million) is docked in Brazil.
Prime You, a company that works with high-standard shared services – which owns the vessel – is looking for a buyer for a fraction of the yacht, which already has three shareholders.
The company does not reveal the exact value of the share, but based on the asset’s price, it is estimated to be at least R$50 million (US$10 million), not including Prime’s costs and returns.

According to the company, the yacht is the most expensive in the history of the Brazilian nautical industry.
It is 40 meters long, which puts it in the superyacht category.
The Italian Benetti manufactured the vessel, part of the Azimut-Benetti Group, considered the largest shipyard in the world.
Oasis 40M arrived in Brazil on Wednesday 5 through the Port of Itajaí in Santa Catarina.
The Oasis 40M will be the largest vessel in Prime You’s portfolio, with eight units, including boats and yachts.
The cheapest quota in this portfolio is R$850,000 (US$170,027).
And the monthly fee Prime You charges to manage and maintain the yachts and boats starts at R$13,000 (US$2,600).
In the shared mode, each owner usually uses the boats around five to six times a year, for four to five days each time.
The use is limited to ten weeks per year.
Prime You buys, on average, two boats per year, and every time it makes a new acquisition, it expects the investment to be recovered within 12 months, with the sale of all the quotas, apart from the revenue that comes from the monthly fees.
