Analysts noted that Bitcoin’s technical indicators suggest bullish momentum as it nears resistance at $93,800. XRP delivered an extraordinary performance, surging 15% to $2.5259 with $5.7 billion in trading volume.
This rally followed increased network activity, with daily active addresses spiking by 620%. Speculation about a potential XRP spot ETF approval fueled the surge, positioning XRP as a standout altcoin. Citadel Securities commented that XRP could retest its recent highs if momentum persists.
Ethereum rose 3.01% to $2,313.30, maintaining stability despite declining transaction fees and reduced Total Value Locked (TVL) on its network. While Ethereum’s upcoming Pectra upgrade shows promise, its impact remains limited for now.
Solana gained 2.18%, reaching $150, amid speculation about ETF approval that could bring significant inflows to its ecosystem. However, regulatory concerns continue to weigh on sentiment.
Litecoin also advanced 5.21% to $110.31, reflecting growing interest from long-term holders and miners as its network security improves. The broader market sentiment remains cautious, with the Fear & Greed Index at 15/100 (“Extreme Fear”).

Bitcoin ETFs attracted inflows of $94.3 million, while Ethereum ETFs continued to see outflows, reflecting bearish sentiment among institutional investors.
Market makers like Jane Street highlighted Bitcoin’s thin volumes as traders await a breakout above $98,000. Meanwhile, DRW Trading flagged Solana’s critical support at $144 as a key level to watch.
