Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Veneno has been going strong at Casa da Matriz in Botafogo for nine years, thanks to its blend of great indie dance and a continuous roster of special guests.
Held down at one of the oldest and well-known venues in Rio, Veneno blends their crowd as much as their music, featuring a variety of rock, pop, anthems, and classics through the decades. A great place to start the weekend early and the first twenty women through the door are free.

Arpex returns for their Thursday night weekly dominance, with DJ Bruno Lima playing top hits of house, world music, funk and reggaeton. Get there early while the bar serves up 40 litres of free frozen caipirinhas.
