Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick: Your Halloweekend kicks off this Thursday at Shenanigan’s Irish Pub in Ipanema at 8PM. The only thing better than beginning the Halloween weekend is beginning the Halloween weekend with a Guinness in hand. Anyone wearing a legitimate costume (a t-shirt and shorts does not count as a “surfer”) will be waived the R$20 entrance fee.
