Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Summer is just about here and with the weather improving, there is no better way to enjoy it than a funky day party with beautiful people, top notch music, a killer view and a birthday to celebrate. Happy Hour Remixed #2 kicks off today celebrating the birthday of local DJ Chester Cave. The event will go down at the beautiful Rio Forest Hostel located up the hill in Santa Teresa.
The party kicks off early around 1PM and will feature an assorted lineup of DJs and sounds. Expect to hear the best of disco, funk ‘n soul, house, tech and more. The lineup for the day stars the Discoverers, Fat ‘n Ugly, Kbg and Roger, Pedro Piu, Mike Frugaletti and the birthday boy himself, Chester Cave.

Rap icon Emicida is at Circo Voador tonight to celebrate the release of his new album and with him is a whole slew of friend to help kick off the launch. Expect to hear from Rael, Pitty, Ogi, Fabiana Cozza, Juçara Marcal, Wilson das Neves, Dona Jacira, Quintet in White and Black, Rafa Kabelo, Tulipa Ruiz, MC Guime and more.
