Tuesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight, Mais que Nada will host their weekly Ladies Night where women get in for free the whole night.

From opening hours until midnight, there will be a promotion which includes two for one on caipirinhas, caipivodkas and mojitos. Mais que Nada also serves a great selection of various home-designed shots and extra cold beers.

The bar serves great tapas and offers a fun and lively environment for a great weeknight out.

Samba do Leblon (Lapa)
Tonight Samba do Leblon will perform the best of samba raiz at this intimate club where it’s all about the music. This group is made up of four members and are well-known for lively samba performances where the passion can be seen in the smiles on their faces.

Cartola de Noel and Nuno Netto (Centro)
To start the night at Rio Scenarium, Cartola de Noel will perform the best of samba beginning at 7:30 PM. Then, singer Nuno Netto will follow at 10:30PM with a lively performance, bringing the best of Brazilian music.

Terças Di Som (Lapa)
Tonight Leviano bar in Lapa will host Terças Di Som with the Mar César Quinteto performing the best of samba, soul, pop, samba, reggae, and MPB live. Additionally, DJ Chicote will spin during the intervals.

Mais que Nada (Copacabana)
Cuban bar Mais que Nada offers a lively and friendly night, drawing in a younger crowd just as much during the week as on the weekend. Tonight, they host their weekly Ladies Night where women get in for free all night. There will be Happy Hour until 12AM where promotions will include 2 for 1 on caipirinhas, caipvodka and mojito until 12AM.

Pavão Azul (Copacabana)
Pavão Azul is a lively bar in Copacabana, famous for its exceptionally cold beers and prawn pastels. It gets crowded there every night, making every day of the week seem like the weekend.

Shenanigan’s (Ipanema)
With classic pub games like darts and pool, Ipanema’s Shenanigan’s is always a great spot to visit. Happy Hour is dose dupla (two for one) on Mondays through Fridays 6PM-8PM. Additionally, tacos are half-price on Tuesdays. This is another great place to watch live streaming sports.
