Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – The Girls Night Out party returns to New Mariuzinn Copacabana with DJs Guga Fernandes (ex resident DJ of Cafe Del Mar) spinning the best of house, deep house, trap, hip hop, funk chic, Latin Rhythms and World Music.

There will also be a premium open bar for women until 12AM and caipirinhas will be free until 12AM.

Additional promotions will include two-for-one specials on beer, caipirinhas and Cuba Libre all night long.

Seminar with Juracy Cançado (Copacabana)
BioCarioca will host the therapist Juracy Cançado tonight. Juracy will give a seminar about self-healing in times of crisis using a Do-In approach. This approach is a technique from Chinese medicine that uses massage of the acupuncture points.

The Girls Night Out party returns to the New Mariuzinn Copacabana. There will be an open bar for women with SKYY vodka, beer, tropical drinks, sparkling wine, soda, water caipirinha, and additional mixed drinks including Sex on the Beach, Blue Lagoon, ScrewDriver, Cuba Libre until 12AM. Caipirinhas will be free for men until 12AM. During the party, DJ Guga Fernandes will spin the best of house, deep house, trap, hip hop, funk chic, Latin Rhythms and World Music.

BaixoPala (Gavea)
Tonight, Palaphita will host the BaixoPala party with DJs Kako and Silvio Rio spinning the best of hip hop, black music, funk and trap. Promotions will include two for one on Heineken until 11PM. Starting at 7PM, there will be food trucks inside Palaphite, so party-goers can arrive early to enjoy good food and promotions in Heineken before partying until the early hours.

Salsa and Forró Leviano (Lapa)
The Salsa and Forró party is back at Lapa’s Leviano bar tonight and that means it’s time to dance. The group Mano a Mano will start things off at 8PM on the first floor with their reinterpretations of works by Hector Lavoe, Willie Colón, Rubén Bládes, Ismael Rivera, Eddie Palmieri and Buena Vista Social Clube. On the second floor during the night, the group Xaxado Novo will perform the best forró. Additionally, DJ Angolano will spin salsa and DJ Darvyn Orlan will spin forró during show intervals.
