Their precision governs the following steps: crafting sub-chassis, assembling structural parts, painting, and finally dispatching to FAL.

The assembly line finalizes the vehicles, ensuring the addition of engines, transmissions, wheels, electronics, and more.

A New Chapter in Production

The recent update from the Brazilian Army points towards a production shift for the 6×6 Guaraní.

From the initial plan of 1,580 units, the production now aims for 1,430 armored vehicles.

This change sets the stage for increased production of IDV’s 4×4 VBTM Guaicurus armored vehicles, with a new goal of 420 units in Sete Lagoas.

The army has assigned a team a 90-day window to finalize this revised plan.
