Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Friday night is gift-wrapping a great blend of tech house, funky jacking house, breaks, disco and much more at Fosfobox, for Me Gusta. This special treat will feature Brazilian DJ Anna (D-Edge), Rio/ California couple Vivi Seixas and Mike Frugaletti (Good Family), carioca Breno Ung (Rio Cabana), and local heros Brazilian Wax and Rafael RM2. The music will be top notch and not to be missed.

Rio Blues Session (Lapa)
In honor of the 30 years of concerts and shows, Circo Voador is producing a series of commemorative shows playing homage to the guests and public over the years. This celebration would not be complete without a night of blues, featuring some of the biggest names in the business here in Brazil. The band Blues Groove, from Otavio Rocha, Cesar Lago and Sergio Rocha invite Big Gilson, Beto Werther (Ex Big Allambik), Ivan Mariz (Beale Street), Mauricio Sahady, Big Joe Manfra, Álamo Leal, Cristiano Crochemore, Charles Zanol and Luiza Casé.

Me Gusta (Copacabana)
Me Gusta is back at Fosfobox, and its back with a vengeance. Brazilian DJ and producer Anna Miranda takes the stage, fresh off her Sonar performance in Barcelona Spain, in Rio for her first time. Alongside Anna is couple Vivi Seixas and Mike Frugaletti, representing Good Family Recording from San Francisco and Breno Ung from Rio Cabana. To complete the night, local favorites Brazilian Wax and Rafael RM2 handle the upstairs. Expect only the best in house, tech house, funk and soul, a recipe for a long and successful night.
