Dominican Republic builds new military facilities on the border with Haiti

The Ministry of Defense of the Dominican Republic began the construction of a barracks complex at the Beller Fortress, located in the province of Dajabón, in the northwest of the country, to improve the conditions of military personnel serving in this border area with Haiti.
