USDA raises estimates for Brazilian 2020/21 soybean harvest and export

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In the previous season, according to the USDA, the largest global producer and exporter harvested 128.50 million tons.

The USDA also raised its projection of exports from Brazil in its business year to 86 million tons, 1 million tons above the March estimate, versus 92.14 million in the last cycle.

The USDA also maintained its monthly projection for Brazil's total corn crop at 109 million tons, versus 102 million tons harvested last season.
