Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Today is a special day in the U.S., a day to give thanks, sit with friends and family and eat the traditional American meal, and lots of it. If you are away from home, you can celebrate the holiday with the gang at the Gringo Cafe, where they will be serving up the classic Thanksgiving feast to expats, gringos and anyone else who wants to get in on the fun.
Celebrate Thanksgiving in true American form as this popular gringo hot spot recreates a classic American feast to celebrate the special holiday. Get your appetite ready for real roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie (and drinks). Reservations are recommended and at the time of writing, tables are already booked until 10PM, and luckily they will be serving the holiday menu all weekend.
