The posh venue Miroir in Lagoa will host the weekly Sertanejo na Lagoa party with Cláudio and Márco performing live tonight. Additionally DJ Luciano Roffer will spin more of the best of sertanejo during show intervals.

Fusing together theatrical productions and eclectic musical styles, Circo Voador will host the Gambiarra tonight. Resident DJs Miro Rizzo and Taiguara Chagas will spin throughout the night.

Les Cadavres (Praça da Bandeira)
Porto Pirata will host the sixth edition of Les Cadavres. The bands Arco Voltaico, Última Dança and Ballet Clandestino will perform live and DJs Dennis, Nynth Graves, Yvis the Stooge, Nösfe and Natan will spin during the night. Entry is free all night long.

The BASE party is back and will take over Pier Mauá tonight with two stages of DJs spinning the best of electronic and hip hop. Very special guest Vanilla Ace will spin on the electronic stage, joined there by Tenth Column, Allan Villar, Drunky Daniels, and the BASE Crew with Bernando Campos, Felipe, and Pedro Mezzonato. Special guest Dubstrong will spin on the hip hop stage during the night with Feijão, Rafa M, Saraiva, and RV.

Tonight it’s time for the very best of electro swing, jazz, swing jazz, new jazz, and vintage remixes as A.R.E.S Vizinha Faladeira hosts Manie Dansante. The Manie Gang with Andrei Y, Bruno Queiroz, Vinicius Tesfon and Rodrigo Esper will spin throughout the night and special guests will include Marcello MBgroove, Rio Hoppers, Juca, Luix Equixx, The juggler, Blue Moon, Lis Amaral, Go East Orkestar and Alex Paz of the Disco Godfathers. Recommended dresscode is lindy, bearded lady, cabaret, burlesque, pin up, contortionist, retrofreaks and anything from the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s.

Tonight the Welcome to Rio party returns to the Praia Club in Ipanema. It’s time again for Leviano Rock Night at the Leviano bar in Lapa tonight. The Mar Cesar Trio will start off the night performing live during happy hour. Next, Licor do Canavial and NV Rock will perform live on the first floor. The power trio Johnny’s will then perform live on the second floor beginning at 1AM. Additionally during the night, DJ Aílton Areas will spin the best of pop, rock, electronic and hip hop during show intervals.

Anderson Vaz will start off the night tonight at Carioca da Gema in Lapa. Singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Claudinho Guimarães will follow at 11:30PM. Guimarães released his first album entitled, A Luz do Criador in 2009 and is well known for his lively performances.

Tonight Saloon 79 will celebrate Mauricio Garcia Mauk with Maukfest 2015. During the night Mauk will play the best of Copacabana Holly (A Buddy Holly Tribute), Mauk & The Damned Cadillacs (rockabilly, garage, punk and country), and Come Second (punk, rock and new wave). Additionally during the night, Léo 77, Preto Serra, Theddy – O and Mauk will spin.
