PARTY:
Full Moon Party @ Biergarten Rio (Centro) – This Friday it’s the Full Moon Party at Rio’s recently revamped Biergarten.
This event is free entrance and the music starts at 10PM.
On the outdoor stage will be performances and DJ sets from Marginal Men, Rodrigo S, Fabio Heinz and Pauly. Then on the indoor stage will be music from Bernardo Campos, Nepal and Bruna Lennon.
Christian K will be in charge of the food park, with so many different types of delicious cuisine and craft beers, wines and much more.
This Friday night it’s time to take a break from the football and have a big party instead, and what better night than full moon!
The Biergarten offers one of the most beautiful views of Rio, and seeing both the moonlight and the sunrise to the sound of some of the best DJs in the city, will make this night unmissable.
They’re expecting around 6,000 people tonight!

Daniela Liebman @ Sala Cecília Meireles (Lapa) – Winner of competitions like the Russian International Piano Competition, Daniela Liebman will be gracing the Sala with renditions of works by Chopin, Schubert, Prokofiev and Beethoven.
She will be playing a selection from Ludwig van Beethoven’s Rondo in C Major and Sonata in F Major; Franz Peter Schubert’s Impromptus; Frédéric Chopin’s Ballads and his Nocturnes; Sergei Prokofiev’s Sonata for Piano No.3, in A Minor.
Tickets are between R$20-R$40 and the music will start at 8PM.

BWAX @ Fosfobox (Copacabana) – Fosfobox is going back to its roots…
The Brazilian Wax collective is hosting a launch party for the new Ep of DJs and producers KBG and Pedro Piu at Fosfobox.
Heading up the decks on the main dancefloor will be RHR. (CWB), Mauricio Lopes, Pedro Piu, Pachu, KBG and Rod Belt.
While over at the Fosfobar will be DJ sets from Art Luv and Gabriel Najhar.
Tickets are R$20 and the night starts at 11:30PM.

Winehouse (Botafogo)
Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.

Blending culinary, drinks and fashion, the bar/store invites a different chef to prepare a new menu every week. Besides great imported beer labels, it usually serves delicious veggie food and homemade burgers.

Blue Agave Ipanema (Ipanema)
Blue Agave Ipanema is always a great place for Mexican food, drinks and for watching live sport streams and broadcasts. Just around the corner from Posto 9, the bar is also known for its mostly English-speaking staff and the mostly English-speaking crowd which frequents the establishment. Be sure to check out Blue Agave in Copacabana also for a great night out.
