Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Back II Black returns to Studio RJ in Arpoador, this time with lots to celebrate. Tonight will commemorate ten years of black music in Rio, eleven years of Opalão 76 hip hop crew and the birthday of DJ Pachu.
As one of the most eclectic parties of black music in Rio de Janeiro, Back II Black is one of the forerunners of bringing hip hop to the South Zone. Held at various locations over the past years, with more than 200 editions and more than 100,000 people who have passed through the dancefloor, Back II Black is known for bringing epic national and international acts to the eyes and ears of Rio residents. Tonight will feature birthday boy himself DJ Pachu along with DJs Saddam, Tucho and a surprise special guest.

Circo Voador is bringing you a smorgasbord of quality music tonight as Conexão Rio ignites. Guests include Fernanda Takai with Roberta Campos, Otto, and famed Carioca big band Orquestra Voadora.
