Olinda Bolsonaro lived in Eldorado (São Paulo State) and had been hospitalized since Monday, January 17, at São João Hospital, in Registro, interior of São Paulo State. The president himself communicated the death on his social networks.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The mother of President Jair Bolsonaro, Olinda, 94, died early Friday morning, January 21. The president himself communicated the death on his social networks: "With regret, the passing of my dear mother. May God welcome her in his infinite goodness," he posted on Twitter. The cause of death was not disclosed.
