The United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) has resumed negotiations on a “pandemic treaty,” an agreement to “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” and develop a one-world health system.
Member states met a second time Monday in Geneva, Switzerland, to negotiate the treaty and will conclude the meeting on July 22.

Article 4 of the draft outlines the overarching “principles” of the treaty, including “universal health coverage,” “equity,” “transparency,” “inclusiveness,” “gender equality,” and “diversity.”
WHO member states have tasked the intergovernmental negotiating body to finalize its draft pandemic treaty by August 2022.
Once adopted, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and any of his successors would have full authority to implement WHO provisions.
The WHO’s Would-Be Treaty Powers
1.) The authority to declare what constitutes a pandemic. It could be the flu.
2.) They would decide what the quarantine requirements are. They could put you in a quarantine center or keep you home from work.
3.) The WHO would decide how to prevent or treat the new disease. Yet again, they could deny doctors the ability to treat patients how they would like.
4.) The authority to determine which medications are safe and who develops them. They decide COVID jabs to be safe.
5.) They would be in charge of promoting the new vaccines, including vaccine mandates.
The treaty would provide “a framework for international cooperation and solidarity” and address issues such as surveillance systems and outbreak response, Ghebreyesus said in announcing the treaty at a March press conference. “The world cannot afford to wait until the next pandemic is over to plan for it,” he said.
In July 2020, then-President Donald Trump formally withdrew the United States from the World Health Organization.
Immediately after taking office, Joe Biden reversed the decision and brought the United States back into the WHO in one of his first acts as president.
In January 2022, Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services secretly submitted proposed amendments to the WHO to reform the 2005 International Health Regulations, an existing health treaty, titled “Strengthening WHO’s Preparedness for and Response to Public Health Emergencies.”
The amendments give the international body of unelected bureaucrats more authority to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is underway, how long a pandemic lasts, and how to “prevent, detect, and respond to future public health emergencies of international concern.”
The Biden administration’s amendments, along with those of several other countries, will be combined into a new global “pandemic treaty” that will subject member states to the authority of the international organization.
WHO held its first meeting in December 2021 to negotiate its draft pandemic treaty.
On March 30, 2021, 25 world leaders announced an “urgent call for an international pandemic treaty,” stating that such a treaty was necessary to organize a unified, globalized response to pandemics, according to the WHO website.
While WHO is exploiting the COVID pandemic to conspire a permanent power grab of international medical sovereignty, Yuval Noah Harrari, chief advisor to World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab, has stated that globalist elites will manipulate the “crisis” to institute a world government.
“A catastrophe opens the door” to far-reaching changes that people would otherwise never accept, Harari said.
WHO FORCED INTO BACKDOWN
Back in May, the World Health Assembly had spent seven days considering Biden’s 13 controversial amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Official delegates from wealthy developed nations like Australia, the UK, and the US spoke in strong support of the amendments. They urged other states to join them in signing away their countries’ sovereignty.
However, the first sign that things might not be going the globalists’ way came on Wednesday, May 25, which just happened to be Africa Day.
Botswana read a statement on behalf of its 47 AFRO members, saying they would collectively withhold their support for the ‘reforms’, which many African members were very concerned about.
Multiple other countries also said they had reservations over the changes and would not be supporting them either.
These included Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, and Malaysia. Brazil, in particular, said it would exit WHO altogether rather than allow its population to be made subject to the new amendments.
