Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – With a decor inspired by the Rio Antigo, homemade pub food, belisquetes and delicious sandwiches on the menu, plus beer and ice cream, of course, the group Puro Acaso, are samba guys that will rock the crowd at Mofo Lapa.

Forróneja com Trio Potiguá e Charles & Juliano (Lapa)
The Trio opens with rhythmic forro, bringing traces of ballad and xaxado beyond the schottische. The repertoire includes “Pleasing You”, “Cherub Angel,” “Good Reason,” “I Just Want A Xodó,” “Sunflower,” among others.
