Created by Robert Guimarães and Fernando Molinari, the two men behind the popular monthly fair, Babilônia Feira Hype, this edition of the Hype Free Market will again feature approximately one hundred and sixty exhibitors and private sellers.
Vendors will include; Bezzoura,Evapore and Maria Cris (Womenswear), Folk (Menswear), Litori and BKN Bikinis (Bikinis), and Porcelanas Lidia Quaresma, Andrea Pires Arte Luminárias, and Almofadas Dia a Dia (Home Decor), among others.
Additionally food vendors will include; Acarajé Ciça, Sorvetes Amarena, Mil Sabores and Blitz Open Bar.
According to organizers, the first edition of the market, held early in October of this year, saw more than four thousand people pass through the shops and stalls on the second floor of Shopping Città America during the one day event.

Hype Free Market (Barra da Tijuca )
It’s time again to shop for the best up-and-coming brands and quality vintage and used goods in Rio, as the creators of the popular Babilônia Feira Hype, present the second edition of Hype Free Market, today in Barra da Tijuca. Approximately one hundred exhibitors and over sixty private sellers will fill the second floor of the Shopping Città America today from 11AM to 10PM.

Duo (Gávea)
End your weekend with house and electro pop at Duo in Gávea’s 00 (Zero Zero). The party begins at 5PM and continues in the chic indoor/outdoor venue until 5AM. Things usually get started on the outdoor deck with DJs Fabiano Pax and Marcia Bertonni and then gradually shift inside where DJs Mor Rafael Calvente and Dri Toscano usually spin. The weekly event is also known to host special guest DJs.

Rogê (Lapa)
It’s time to dance as singer-songwriter Rogê returns for his weekly show at Lapa’s Carioca de Gema. The lively up-and-coming performer will present his own compositions as well as covers of works by Jorge, Djavan, and Jorge Benjor, among others.

Roda de Samba, Soccer (Football) and Ballet 2 (Lapa)
Sundays are all about samba and soccer at Lapa’s Leviano bar. Every week beginning at 5PM the venue plays live games on their screens with samba dancers following the matches and the group Ballet 2 playing classics of the genre, including works by Arlindo Cruz, Zeca Pagodinho and João Nogueira, among others.
