CLUBS:
TBT – The Black Thursday (Botafogo) – After a successful first edition, the TBT party returns to Botafogo’s Studio Line with the most soulful black music.
The party starts at 9PM, and DJs Lulinha, Nicko and Drope will be spinning throughout the night. Opening the party will be the group Crias da Eletrobase.

Jazz do Catete com SoulTrane (Catete) – Every Thursday, the SoulTrane band takes the best of jazz music to the neighborhood of Catete, starting at 7PM.
Taking place at Bartman, a bar inspired in DC’s character Batman, the show will amaze the audience with plenty of acid jazz, funk, hard-bop and soul.

MÚSICA BRASILEIRA:
Samba de Lei (Centro) – All the joy of Arco do Teles’ traditional “roda de samba” returns to Centro this Thursday.
Starting from 7PM, group Samba de Lei presents classic and contemporary compositions from the most Brazilian of all music genres.
The event will also include DJ and videoke, which will be happening inside Espaço XV, right at the side of Arco do Teles.

Winehouse (Botafogo)
Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.

The Canastra Wine Bar in Ipanema offers a great selection of wines and cheeses and is quickly becoming known for its nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Blue Agave Ipanema (Ipanema)

Yndú Lounge (Leblon)
With chilled out vibes during the week and a selection of top DJs playing shows at the weekends, the newly-opened Yndú Lounge in Ipanema is a great option to kick back. With a selection of drinks and tapas, the bar is quickly becoming one of Leblon’s best watering holes.
