MÚSICA BRASILEIRA:
Cordão do Boitatá (Lapa) – Tonight, the great Carnival bloco Cordão do Boitatá opens its rehearsals’ calendar for Carnival 2018.
The bloco will perform at the Cordão da Bola Preta, in Lapa, starting from 7PM. Samba’s traditional “marchinhas”, frevo and some MPB will be played at the show.

Pedro Sá (Botafogo) – Guitarist Pedro Sá will be starring tonight at Audio Rebel, in Botafogo, at 8PM.
In his show, Sá will bring to the audience some of its personal compositions, both instrumental and with lyrics.

Zé Paulo Becker & Semente Choro Jazz (Lagoa) – Renowned jazz club Blue Note Rio hosts tonight guitarist Zé Paulo Becker and musicians from the Semente Choro Jazz.
Starting at 8PM, the show will amaze the audience with the best of instrumental Brazilian music. Accordionist Marcelo Caldi will participate as guest musician.

Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 6PM and finishes at 8PM.
