What do Latin American media say about the accession of the four Ukrainian regions to Russia

Putin announced the accession of the LPR, the DPR, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions to Russia.

His promise to protect these regions, by all means, has caused concern in some leading Latin American media.

This Friday, Vladimir Putin signed agreements with Denis Pushilin, Leonid Pasechnik, Vladimir Rogov (from Zaporizhzhia, the document was signed by Vladimir Balitsky – Inosmi note), and Vladimir Saldo on the entry into the Russian Federation of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, respectively.
