Karol G brings her Tropitour to São Paulo for one night in February 2027. Tickets have been on sale since 30 April 2026.

Karol G plays Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu in São Paulo on Friday, 12 February 2027, her only announced Brazilian date. Live Nation Brasil lists the show as on sale.

General sale opened on Thursday, 30 April 2026, and full-price tickets run from BRL 570 (about US$113) to BRL 1,790 (about US$356). Conversions use BRL 5.02 per US dollar, the open.er-api.com rate of 22 October 2026.

Who Karol G Is and Why This Show Matters

Karol G is a Colombian singer from Medellín and one of the biggest names in Latin pop and reggaeton. Billboard Brasil says she announced this tour on Sunday, 19 April 2026, during her Coachella set.

The tour follows her album Tropicoqueta, and Portal Tela, a Brazilian entertainment site, expects songs from it in the São Paulo show. The same site calls her the first Latin artist to headline Coachella, in 2026.

CNN Brasil counts this night as her fourth Brazil appearance, after a 2019 fan event, a 2024 show and Rock in Rio. Portal Tela also mentions a September 2025 halftime set at an NFL game in São Paulo, so counts differ.

Her 2024 São Paulo show moved from Espaço Unimed to Centro Esportivo Tietê on Friday, 10 May 2024, because of demand. Billboard Brasil reported the change in December 2023.

This time Live Nation Brasil has put her in a stadium. Nothing published says the night will sell out, so check live availability instead of assuming seats will last.

The Venue and How to Get There

Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu is the Pacaembu stadium in central São Paulo, at Praça Charles Miller, postcode 01234-010. Live Nation Brasil gives that address, and the stadium is usually called simply Pacaembu.

A community-run history site lists two nearby Metro stations, Clínicas on Line 2 (Green) and Paulista on Line 4 (Yellow). It says the lot at the entrance has few spaces, and private lots nearby charge varying prices.

That site says it has no tie to any public or private body, so confirm routes with Metro and SPTrans. No event-day access plan or shuttle was published on the pages checked.

The State Department says US government employees in Brazil may use Uber. It advises against informal taxis, drivers with low ratings and public buses, especially at night.

After a late show, a ride booked in an app or the Metro before it closes is the safer plan. The Metro’s closing times and any extended service for the night have not been announced.

Tickets, Prices and Rules

Ticketmaster Brasil sells online, and its official box office is at Shopping Ibirapuera, Avenida Ibirapuera 3103, on the Jurupis basement level. Live Nation Brasil says the box office charges no service fee.

A Mastercard presale ran on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. General sale opened on Thursday, 30 April 2026, at 10 a.m. online and 11 a.m. at the box office.

Billboard Brasil published the price list on 28 April 2026, with full-price and half-price tickets by sector. Prices below use BRL 5.02 per US dollar.

The box office opens Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00, Live Nation Brasil says. Sundays and holidays run from 14:00 to 20:00, and Mondays are closed.

The VIP package adds a BRL 1,963 (about US$391) extra to a Pista ticket. Billboard Brasil lists early access to the pista, a gift item, a commemorative credential and a dedicated check-in area.

Half-price tickets, called meia-entrada, need proof of eligibility at purchase and again at the gate. Live Nation Brasil says to carry the document.

Each buyer may take up to six tickets, and no more than two of them half-price. Online tickets are digital only, arrive within 24 hours of payment and use the Quentro app.

Online buyers can pay by credit card in up to three interest-free instalments, or up to eight with interest. Pix, the instant bank-transfer system, works for non-Mastercard buyers online, and the box office also takes cash.

Ticket transfers open 30 days before the show, which is Wednesday, 13 January 2027, if the date holds. Live Nation Brasil says that process is subject to change.

Doors, Start Time and Age Rules

Live Nation Brasil lists the gate opening and the show time as “a confirmar”, meaning to be confirmed. No support act has been announced on the pages checked.

For comparison only, gates opened at 16:00 for her 2024 São Paulo show, and she took the stage at 19:30. The 2027 schedule may differ.

Live Nation Brasil lists the age rating as 16 years for unaccompanied entry. Children aged 5 to 15 may enter only with a parent or legal guardian, subject to change by court decision.

Brazil has had no daylight saving time since 2019, so São Paulo runs two hours ahead of US Eastern time in February. A 9 p.m. start in São Paulo would be 7 p.m. Eastern.

Tips for US and Foreign Visitors

The State Department says US citizens need a Brazilian visa for any trip to Brazil, approved before departure. It says an e-visa is accepted, and the passport must be valid on entry with a blank page.

Its country page lists no visa fee and no maximum stay. Check the Brazilian Foreign Ministry or a consulate before booking flights.

An advisory issued on 31 August 2026 rates Brazil Level 2, Exercise Increased Caution, with crime and kidnapping risk indicators. It says violent crime occurs in urban areas, day and night.

It says thieves on motorcycles or bicycles often target mobile phones, so keep yours out of sight. It also warns of sedatives used to drug and rob tourists, so never accept drinks from strangers.

The advisory says to hand over belongings without resisting if confronted. It also says not to travel to informal housing developments, even on guided tours.

February is midsummer in São Paulo, so pack light clothes and a rain layer for a stadium night. Carnival Tuesday falls on Tuesday, 9 February 2027, three days before the show, so book hotels and flights early.

The cheapest full-price seat costs about US$113, and the Pista floor about US$155. Hotel and taxi prices for 12 February 2027 were not checked, so treat any trip budget as an estimate.

What It Means for You

For a US fan, this is a single stadium night with seats from about US$113 full price, or about US$57 half-price. The visa must be approved before departure, so sort it before flights are final.

Expats in São Paulo can reach the stadium by Metro and a walk. Buying only through Ticketmaster Brasil avoids unofficial resale offers.

What Is Not Known

Gate times, the show time and any support act are not published. Entry rules for bags, cameras and seating gates have not appeared on the pages checked.

Ticketmaster Brasil blocked automated access on 22 October 2026, so live availability could not be read. The prices come from the Billboard Brasil list of 28 April 2026 alone, and the final price appears only at checkout.

Whether Karol G adds more Brazilian dates is unknown, since Billboard Brasil describes this as a single date. The venue has not published an event-day transport plan.
