The businesswoman Tereza Barroso, wife of Justice Luís Roberto Barroso of the Supreme Court (STF), passed away this Friday, Jan. 13.
Tereza, 57, died of complications from a "primary cancer in the head of the femur". She leaves two children, Luana van Brussel Barroso and Bernardo van Brussel Barroso.
"Discreet, but very dear, she preserved her good humor until the last moment of lucidity," the STF said in a statement. "The family - Luís Roberto, Luna, and Bernardo - is serene and comforted. Tereza lived a good and happy life."
