Brazilian corn exports grew 127% in early November

Brazil's corn exports through the second week of November increased 127% compared to the daily average recorded in the entire month of 2021, to 286,000 tons, the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) reported on Monday, November 14.

It allowed shipments to almost equal the total recorded in November last year (2.3 million tons) when exports were weaker due to a crop failure.

In 2022, on the contrary, the country counts on supply from a record harvest and exported 2.2 million tons in the accumulated November until the second week.
