Brazilian Judge Alexandre de Moraes is denounced in New York for threatening a minor
A Brazilian resident in New York reported to the police that the judge threatened his daughter for filming him in a restaurant during her visit to the American city.
The judge of the Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, who in turn serves as president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), was invited to New York to speak on “democracy” and “freedom of expression” while in Brazil he has arrogated the sum of public power by censoring and arresting journalists, politicians, and supporters of Bolsonaro for questioning the results of the elections.
The Brazilians did not let this unusual situation pass, and they scolded him every time he went out into the street. In a first video, he is seen leaving his hotel while several people wearing Brazilian t-shirts insult him in the street, shouting “thief,” “dictator,” and “corrupt.”

On his trip, he will participate this Monday in the Lide Brazil Conference, at the HCNY (Harvard Club of New York), along with other judges of the Court who were also impeached by the Brazilians for defending the dictatorial measures of Judge Moraes.
In another video that went viral, Alexandre de Moraes is seen in a restaurant arguing with a Brazilian, who accuses him of having threatened him and his underage daughter. This New York resident called the local police to report that Moraes had threatened them with death.
The Brazilian, who did not identify himself, said that he was making a live broadcast showing the judge when “Mr. Alexandre de Moraes and his security agents approached my daughter and threatened her with death.”
“She is a US citizen, she is 17 years old, and she is being threatened by a minister of the Brazilian Supreme Court,” he shouted as Moraes fled the scene.
