The Liberal Party (PL, right) filed a Direct Unconstitutionality Action (ADI) at the Supreme Court (STF), on Wednesday (8), against the crude oil export tax adopted by Lula's government through the Provisional Measure (MP) of fuel re-encumbrance.
The party intends to preserve the country's international competitiveness and enforce the rule that prevents the collection of taxes in the same financial year as the law that instituted it or before 90 days . . .
