Watch Out for These Three Fruits! Despite Being Healthy, They are Fattening
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Certain fruits can contribute to weight gain and could be one of the reasons why you are unable to lose those ‘hated’ extra kilos… in particular if you eat fruits with a higher fructose or sugar and fat content, according to an article published on the Tua Saúde website.
Despite the fact that such fruits are rich in antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals essential for the optimal functioning of the body, they should be ingested in moderation.
According to ‘Tua Saúde’, the following three fruits are the most fattening:

Avocado
It is abundant in ‘good’ monounsaturated fats, vitamins C, E and K and minerals such as potassium and magnesium. However, only four tablespoons of avocado have approximately 90 calories.
Tip: Eat two tablespoons a day at most.
Coconut
The coconut pulp, which consists of the white portion, has a high fat content; coconut water is rich in minerals and carbohydrates, making it a natural isotonic. Coconut is a highly caloric food, with 100 grams of pulp containing an impressive 406 calories.
Tip: Eat a maximum of two tablespoons (30 ml) of coconut oil or two tablespoons of coconut shavings or half a cup of coconut milk or 30 g of coconut pulp daily.
Açaí
This tropical fruit is a superfood with antioxidant properties, which in turn boosts the immune system against diseases and infections.
However, açaí is high in calories, 100 grams of frozen açaí pulp with no added sugar has about 58 calories and 6.2 grams of carbohydrates.
Tip: consume this fruit in small doses and avoid adding industrialized products such as condensed milk.
