Tuesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick Created by the artist Michel Mendes, Araki is a gathering of artists who raises the question “Who’s Afraid of Aracy de Almeida?” It is a play on the artist’s fear of being criticized. The event takes place monthly in 00 at Planetario da Gávea with the participation of poets, designers, filmmakers, bands, DJs, visual artists, performers and anyone else who dares to face the wistful singer and cruel criticism of freshman shows.

Pandeiro Repique Duo (Lapa)
Pandeiro Repique Duo is the result of the meeting of these instruments typical of the soul of Rio, the Brazilian percussion. Bernardo Aguiar and Gabriel Policarpo will be put side by side with the virtuosity of the spike extrapolating their regional origins.
