Fourplusone presents “Tina Turner: A História de Anna Mae” at 8 pm — a tribute to the woman born Anna Mae Bullock in Brownsville, Tennessee, who became one of the greatest performers the world has ever seen. The show traces the arc of Tina Turner’s extraordinary life and career: from the Ike & Tina Turner Revue and the raw power of “River Deep – Mountain High” (1966) through the years of abuse and survival, to the triumphant solo comeback of “What’s Love Got to Do with It” (1984), “Private Dancer”, and the stadium tours that made her the queen of rock and roll.
